Supply and Fitting of Replacement PVCu Triple Glazing

Tender description

NSAH (Alliance Homes) Limited (Alliance Homes) is seeking to let a contract to a single supplier, in respect of the supply and installation of triple glazed windows to Homes under management in the North Somerset area. Full details of which are set out in the Specification and related contract documents which are available on request. The duration of the contract will be 1 year with an option to extend by a maximum of 2 years on an agreed annual basis subject to an agreed % financial uplift of the submitted rates and delivery of key performance standards at the end of each financial year. Alliance Homes wishes to work with suitably qualified organisations with experience in supplying and installing windows sets to properties. The successful bidder will be able to work as a team with Alliance Homes, to achieve good quality, cost effective solutions. It is Alliance Homes' intention to accept the most economically advantageous tender received. However, Alliance Homes offers no guarantee that the lowest or any tender will be recommended for acceptance or accepted. No liability is accepted for any costs incurred in the preparation of any tender submission including overheads and any perceived loss of profit.
