Tender description

All as per contract documents and specifications. Removal of existing poor quality chain link fence and well-established hedge. Provision of new perimeter fence meeting Secured by Design Standards, weld mesh, expanded metal or equivalent, 2.4 metres in height, sited on a hard surface, anti climb with a serrated topping. Provision of fully automated sliding gate, underground induction loop, swipe card access control & associated works. Provision of a pedestrian gate, swipe card access control & associated works. Provision of a fire exit emergency escape & associated works.
