Tender description

Moor Lane Business Centre has recently been demolished down to slab level, and the Council are now looking to create a car park facility on the site. The works comprise the creation of a new car park facility by providing a tarmacadam finish over the existing slab which is to remain insitu. The new surface will be laid to adequate falls to allow for the drainage of the area, new drainage will be installed inclusive of petrol interception. Budget estimate £250,000
