Bids are invited from suitably experienced Contractors wishing to be considered for inclusion on a list of approved contractors for the provision of insulation works for projects operated by Leicester City Council, generally subject to support funding and being undertaken within private dwellings within the city of Leicester.Scope of works: Internal Insulation works comprising Loft and Cavity Wall insulation works.The likely period for the operation of the select list will be for two years with the option to extend for a period of up to a maximum of two years. The maximum contract length will be 4 years.The resulting select list may comprise of multiple contractors. The total annual value will be approximately 25,000 per year. Each order value and contract will relate to private dwellings and be support funded with a typical average value 150 - 1000 per property.Please refer to the tender documentation for further details.
