Midland Metro Birmingham Eastside Extension Land Referencing

Tender description

Centro is developing the Birmingham Eastside Extension to the Midland Metro which will link to the proposed HS2 station and Birmingham Coach Station in Digbeth. The proposed route of the tram will require Centro to consult with any party whose land interests are affected by the scheme, especially those from whom Centro wishes to acquire land on both permanent and temporary basis. A TWA Order is required to provide the necessary powers to construct and operate the BEE including the powers to compulsorily acquire land. This tender seeks to commission consultants to provide land referencing services to support the TWA application.
