NO ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF THE CONTRACT ATTACHMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED Swindon Borough Council have authorised the demolition of Carlton Street and Wyvern Multi Storey Car Parks including the associated footbridges and Princes Street Footbridge. The tender invitation is for a Design and Build contract. The demolition is planned to take place in three phases as follows: · Phase 1 - Carlton Street Multi-Storey Car Park together with the connecting footbridge to the Bus Station. · Phase 2 - Wyvern Multi-Storey Car Park together with the connecting footbridge to the Wyvern Theatre. · Phase 3 - Princes Street footbridge and reinstatement works In order to facilitate the demolition works we will carry out temporary enabling and street works prior to the demolition works in order to form diversion routes for buses using the bus station and traffic to the Wyvern Theatre and Regent Close car park and side streets. The temporary enabling works have been procured separately.
