CASH Facility

Tender description

Medway Council is tendering for refurbishment works at 4 Clover Street, Chatham, ME4 4DT (The old Blockbuster space). The works are in relation to a new CASH facility which will be opening when the works are completed. The estimated value for this procurement is £250k. To gain access to the documentation (inclusive of drawings) express an interest, an email notification will follow with a link to the opportunity. It is important that the suite of documentation is read and the relevant documents, which form a complete submission, are submitted by the deadline. Medway have arranged dates for interested parties to view the premises before submitting their tender. Access will be available on the 8th & 15th of May from 12noon until 5pm - there is no need to call in advance, just show at these times.
