Performance Centre Access Road Upgrade

Tender description

Penryn University Campus: Performance Centre/ AMATA building Access road upgrade The existing ‘Performance Centre Access Road’ is outlined in red on the attached General Layout plan (Appendix A4) and has been constructed as shown on the attached Construction Detail plan (Appendix A5). Quotes are requested for removing the truck pave surface and the underlying sub-base and replacing these with a porous tarmac and sub-base similar to LaFarge Ulti-Drive and LaFarge Ulti-Flow. An additional section of road is to be constructed in the area marked yellow on the General Layout plan. This section is to be of a standard suitable for van deliveries with a turning circle half way along it. All finished levels are to be within 50mm of existing levels. Limited access will need to be maintained through the working area for refuse collection and other vehicles. The work must be completed by Tuesday 26th May 2015.
