External Works at Jubilee Quay, Port of Sunderland

Tender description

The works comprise of new asphalt construction at the North of the site area with overlay of asphalt to the existing surfacing at the Southern end. A slot drain running north to south discharging through an interceptor to a new outfall. Surplus excavated material to be deposited at defined location on the Port site. Two high mast lights including foundations and electrical supply through ducts. New fence to quay edge of northern area. It is expected that the works will take 8 Weeks to complete excluding a 2 weeks mobilisation period.
