Re-configuration of the existing office area into new teaching spaces. The works include new separation walls, suspended ceiling, flooring, servery, toilet facilities and new external means of escape. Estimated contract dates are quoted on this notice. University of Bedfordshire lease the ground floor of Saxon Court from Milton Keynes Council at 502 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes MK9 3HS. The building is used as council offices to the lower and upper floors. With the University of Bedfordshire occupying the ground floor level. The fit out / refurbishment is phase three of a phased occupation of the ground floor the consist of re-configuration of the existing office area into new teaching spaces. The works include new separation walls, suspended ceiling, flooring, servery, toilet facilities and new external means of escape. Site visits can be arranged by sending an email through the Intend procurement website correspondence (link listed in the notice). The latest site visits can be requested is the 17th April 2015 as site visits will be conducted on a block basis.
