Tender description

Tenders are invited from potential providers wishing to carry out a contract for external wall insulation to properties in the Windlehurst area of St. Helens, Merseyside. The scheme is to be REECH part funded & consists of 51nr properties (43nr properties are of Dennis Wild non traditional construction, 8nr of traditional masonry construction). Works also include renewal of canopies, installation of new rainwater goods and also provision of drimaster PIV units. A full specification with form of tender & qualitative method statements are available and submission instructions contained in this document must be adhered to. Tenders are to be submitted by 12noon 17th April 2015. Start on site is Monday 18th May 2015. Completion Date is Friday 17th July 2015. The completion date must be adhered to as in order for Helena Partnerships to receive funding the scheme must be handed over on this date.
