Building Alterations Council Offices

Tender description

Maldon District Council (MDC) is seeking a Contractor to carry out building alteration works to its Council Offices. The proposed Contract is a one-off project and works must be completed by the 27th July 2015. This Contract will be let on the basis of a fixed price for labour and the submitted method statements. Works will include but not limited to – • Demolishing internal walls • Removing ceilings • Erecting internal walls and ceilings • Electrical works • Plumbing / heating works • Making good, including decoration See Schedule of Work document (Appendix A) for full list of works required. Deadlines Closing date for receipt of Tenders is 12noon Wednesday 29th April 2015 Deadline for Clarification requests is Wednesday 22nd April 2015 Information Please submit your expression of interest to paula.jarvis@braintree.gov.uk in order to guarantee receiving all responses to clarification requests.
