Tender description

The proposed dimensions of the new building are as follows: a. Width 4300 mm b. Length 7700 mm c. Eaves Height 2400 mm d. Roof Pitch 10 degrees e. Ridge Height 2779 mm f. No. of bays 2 g. Bay Size 3850 mm Guttering and downpipe is to be provided. The building is to contain the following windows and doors: a. Roller Door 1930 mm wide x 2100 mm high. Daylight opening to be 1830 mm wide x 1990 mm high Euro Pin Locking System or suitable equivalent to be fitted. b. Access Door Right hinged 980 mm wide x 2075 mm high. Door handle and key lock to be fitted. c. Windows 2 x 1000 mm wide x 900mm high, clear glass. No requirement for the glass to be reinforced. d. Skylights x2. 1000mm x 1200mm. e. Flooring The concrete base will provide the flooring. Anchor system to be used to secure the building to the base. f. Cladding For roof and walls AS35 40mm thick for both.
