Framework for Works Contractors for Energy Efficiency and Refurbishment Works to Local Authority Houses in County Clare

Clare County Council on behalf of Clare Local Authorities is establishing three Framework Agreements (3 Lots). The type of works contracts to be awarded from this Framework include but are not limited to the following: Energy Efficiency retrofitting works, Refurbishment of fire damaged and derelict properties, Improvement works and Extensions to local authority properties and ancillary social housing related contract works. It is intended to utilise this framework agreement for maintenance and refurbishment works to Clare Library Service Properties, Clare Fire Service properties and other properties in the ownership of Clare Local Authorities. It is also intended to utilise this framework for the Planning and Enterprise Development section of Clare County Council. Award Notice detailing the list of successful candidates (Framework Participants) has been uploaded to a folder entitled 'HFA - 2013 (Framework Participants) within the documents uploaded as part of this tender.
