Tender description

The Home & Social Development Department of Limerick City & County Council, wish to establish a Multi-Operator Contractor Framework for Maintenance & Refurbishment Works with suitably qualified and experienced Building Contractors, for the provision of a variety of small scale building works to existing social housing stock. The average value of a typical maintenance and refurbishment contract is circa €10,000 excluding VAT. The maximum expenditure per annum is anticipated not to exceed €500,000. The framework term shall be for 2 years. Refer to Project Information Memorandum (PIM) attached to this notice, for further information.
