5 Clasrooms Extension with internal Alterations and Roof Works at Sacred Heart School, Deingean Road, Tullamore, Co. Offaly

Tender description

The proposed works consist of construction of a new 5 Classroom and Science Room single storey extension of 385.21m2 to the existing Sacred Heart Secondary School, Daingean Road, Tullamore, Co. Offaly, with all required internal alterations and associated site development works, and Roof Repair works of approximately 800m2 to the existing school building. The project will be completed in 2 phases with Phase 1 (extension) to begin at the start of October 2014 and Phase 2 (roof works) to begin during the October mid-term break. On completion of the school extension, existing 4No. prefabricated classrooms to be removed, and the site made good.
