Tender description
This project entails upgrade works to both the internal and external areas of an existing IDA industrial building. The car park area to the front shall be thoroughly cleaned and overlaid with new surface course. All internal damaged items are to be remediated which may include but not necessarily limited to the with installation of new blinds to all windows, tiling and painting to bathrooms, office fitouts, roof repairs and all works shown on tender drawings.
