Provision of Temporary Changing Rooms (Rental or Purchase)

Tender description

The provision of portacabins for temporary changing rooms (including delivery to site, off-load, lift into position, level and align, and flashing as specified under and between adjacent cabins, (and removal upon completion of the rental term, of applicable)) for Limerick Institute of Technology Sports & Leisure Facilities Ltd, at the Limerick Institure of Technology campus at Moylish Park, Limerick. Limerick Institute of Technology Sports & Leisure Facilities Ltd may elect, at its sole discretion, to either rent the portacabins for a 3 year period (which may be extended, to a maximum of 6 years total) or to purchase the portacabins outright. Tenderers are invited to price both the rental option and the purchase option.
