Local Area Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works for Dublin City Council

Dublin City Council administers the maintenance and refurbishment of the existing residential stock through the five local areas: - Central Area, North Central Area, South Central Area, North West Area and South East Area. It is intended to establish a framework of contractors in each of the five areas plus one city-wide area to carry out maintenance and refurbishment works under the terms of the Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract and under the direction of the Area Maintenance Officer. There are six Lots ( 6 areas) in total with a scope of €18Million or 36 months time frame period for each Lot under the terms of the Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract. If the maximum amount of €3 Million per Lot has been reached within the thirty-six month time frame period, mini-competition's shall take place between the pre-qualified tenderer's to tender for works for the Lot's in question until the thirty-six month time frame period expires. The mini-competition's shall be based on the pre-qualified tenderer's submitting a revised pricing document. The ranking of the tenderer's positions as described in OJEU notice Section III.1.4 may change with the mini-competition as a result of the revised pricing document.
