Enabling works at Ashbourne Baseball Club

Tender description

The project is for a new international standard baseball facility on a 4 acre site behind the Ashbourne Community Centre. The works as intended shall include site clearance, site strip, drainage & site services, security fencing and gates installation, pitch laying and grass seeding, infield play surfacing, formation of dugouts, bullpens and facilities for batting cages and ancillary works. The division into lots will be advised at tender stage. Works to take place during the summer of 2013. Tender candidates will be selected on the criteria set out in the attached pre-qualification questionnaire.
