GMIT - Single-party framework agreements for general small works and maintenance in 11 Lots

GMIT proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of eleven (11) single-operator framework agreements for general small works and maintenance at their Galway, Mayo and Letterfrack Campus. It is anticipated the framework agreements will commence in Quarter of 1 2014 and will operate for a maximum duration of 2 years. The Lots sought are as follows: •Lot 1: Call Out Electrical Maintenance Works – GMIT Galway •Lot 2: Call Out Electrical Maintenance Works - GMIT Mayo •Lot 3 Call Out Electrical Maintenance Works – GMIT Letterfrack •Lot 4: Call Out Maintenance Minor Works – GMIT Galway •Lot 5: Call Out Maintenance Minor Works - GMIT Mayo •Lot 6: Call Out Maintenance Minor Works – GMIT Letterfrack •Lot 7: Mechanical/Plumbing Works Maintenance - GMIT Galway •Lot 8: Mechanical/Plumbing Works Maintenance - GMIT Mayo •Lot 9: Mechanical/Plumbing works Maintenance – GMIT Letterfrack •Lot 10: Project Supervisor Construction Stage Services - GMIT Galway •Lot 11: Project Supervisor Construction Stage Services - GMIT Castlebar Candidates will be able to apply for one, various or all lots.
