Unified Communications Solution and VOIP Phone System

Tender description

Waterways Ireland, invites tenders for the supply, delivery, installation, commission, and support of an integrated secure system that provides: • Unified Communications • Unified Messaging • Voice over IP (VoIP) • Voice mail system • Voice management system • And others (see requirements section). • In addition appropriate warranty, support, maintenance, training, knowledge transfer, and documentation must be provided. • The solution/system must be a secure integrated solution with Waterways Ireland’s headquarters in Enniskillen as the main centralised site and all other Waterways Ireland’s offices integrated. Business continuity must be built into the proposed solution to ensure that remote offices can function in the event of a break in the WAN links. • Existing equipment can be reused where equipment is fit for purpose. No out of warranty or obsolete equipment can be included in the proposal. The proposed solution must be scalable. • Note: in this invitation to tender, documentation referring to the term ‘system’ or ‘solution’ is used to encompass all of the equipment, systems and services to be supplied and provided by the winning Supplier(s) in line with the requirements set out by Waterways Ireland.
