Provision of Update, Maintenance and Development/ Re-development of Websites and Associated Services

Tender description

The NTA requires a service provider to update (install, move, add and change) maintain and further develop/ redevelop a number of national websites, including, but not limited to: www.nationaltransport.ie www.transportforireland.ie www.smartertravelworkplaces.ie www.carsharing.ie www.cyclemanual.ie www.luascrosscity.ie The service provider will implement agreed digital marketing initiatives, campaigns, challenges and social media initiatives for the websites listed above including but not limited to: Search Engine Optimisation, Google AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, eZines. In addition, the service provider will, on behalf of the Authority, directly support the cloud hosting environment for all websites listed above and act as single point of contact for all website related issues including but not limited to: Ensuring the high availability of all websites; Ensuring the adequate response times from websites; Ensuring adequate server capacity to meet demand; Ensuring adequate security on all websites; Ensuring adequate Disaster/Recovery environment for all websites; Ensuring preventative care is taken in relation to malicious attacks and viruses.
