Tender description
Shannon Development now wishes to commence major upgrade works to the existing roof at Units 1-5 Distribution Centre, Shannon Free Zone, Shannon, Co. Clare. The roof of the building is a flat roof covered with a single ply PVC membrane, on insulation, on a vapour barrier, on metal deck supported on a steel structure. The roof required on going maintenance during 2013 to maintain its water tightness. Shannon Development strategy is to upgrade the roof covering of the roof in the third quarter of 2014.
