Framework Agreement for Works Contractor for Remediation of Dwellings affected by Pyrite Damage under the Pyrite Remediation Scheme (Lot 1 and 2).

Tender description

The Housing and Sustainable Communities Agency (Housing Agency), is empowered, under the terms of a Pyrite Resolution Act 2013, at the direction of the Pyrite Resolution Board (PRB), to engage consultants, advisors, contractors or other bodies it considers necessary to carry out the remediation of dwellings identified as qualifying for remediation by the PRB. The Housing Agency intends to establish Framework panels of suitably qualified Works Contractors to carry out the remediation of dwellings in accordance with I.S. 398:2013. Two separate Frameworks will be established on a Lot basis: a) Lot 1 for the remediation of 7 or more dwellings b) Lot 2 for the remediation of 6 or less dwellings.Framework Agreements have been awarded to the following Works Contractors for Lot 1: McCallan Brothers Ltd. Cumnor Construction Ltd. Deirlem Ltd PMB Construction Ltd. Showglade Ltd. Owen Bee Group Ncoll Construction James Elliott Construction Ltd. Framework Agreements were signed on the 16th June 2014. The Framework Period began on the 16th June 2014. Framework Agreements have been awarded to the following Works Contractors for Lot 2: McCallan Brothers Ltd. Cumnor Construction Ltd. Tolmac Construction Ltd. PMB Construction Ltd. Slaney Communications Showglade Ltd. Owen Bee Group Ncoll Construction Framework Agreements were signed on the 6th June 2014. The Framework Period began on the 6th June 2014.
