Tender description
This document constitutes a request for tender RFT to select a company to deliver high quality training to Staff in the Department of Education and Skills. It is expected that the proposed training will take place in May/June 2014. The Department has installed Tivoli Storage Manager on a VMware/Windows platform as part of an infrastructure consolidation project. We now have a requirement to train staff on the management and operation of Tivoli software products. The Tivoli products in use are Tivoli Storage Manager Extended edition Tivoli Storage Manager for Virtual Environments Tivoli Storage Manager for databases
