Works for the reconstruction of a Golf Course affected by Clanmoyle Road Flood Alleviation Scheme. A. Landscaping Works comprising of the following: A.1 Reinstatement of Areas stripped of topsoil A.2 Reshaping of Golf Fairways A.3 Construction of 4 no. Greens, 3 no. Tees and Bunkers A.4 Construction of new lined pond water feature A.5 Construction new 60m long cascade water feature comprising of 1m deep ditch with weirs A.6 Secondary Drainage comprising of sand slit drains and sand top dressing A.7 Verti-draining A.8 Landscape planting A.9 Construction of 5 nr. Path End reinforcement pavers B. Pipelines B.1 Supply, Installation and Testing of rising main for water supply to new ditch – cascade water feature B.2 Supply and Installation of 40m pipe between Cascade water feature and pond B.3 Supply and Installation of pond overflow pipe C. Drainage of Greens and Fairways Install Golf Course drainage system for greens and fairways including pipes and chambers (4360 m of 80mm diameter drains, 175 m of 100mm diameter drains, 500 m of 125mm diameter drains, 200 m of 160mm diameter drains, 10 m of 300mm diameter drain) D. Mechanical and Electrical Installation D.1 Supply and install aerator in lake water feature, D.2 Supply and install pumps for cascade water feature, D.3 Install power and control cables for pumps for cascade water feature, Install controls for pumps in new pump house E. Irrigation System E.1 Drill borehole for supply of water for irrigation system E.2 Install and test irrigation pipework, valves and sprinklers E.3 Installation of borehole pump and pump controls, E.4 Installation of irrigation controller, central PC computer for control and cabling for irrigation system E.5 Installation/Construction of new pump house This contract was awarded to Cliver Richardson Limited, there were three tenders recieved. The contract was awarded on 12th March 2014.
