Purchase and Installation of a 147 m2 Pre-Fab for Coláiste Lú, Dundalk, Co, Louth

Co. Louth VEC are seeking quotes from suitably qualified companies for the Purchase and Installation of a new or pre- used 147 m2 pre-fab classroom for Coláiste Lú Geal Scoil in Dundalk, Co. Louth. The Pre-Fab will contain a store of 15 m2, an entrance lobby of 4.2 m2, and a classroom of 127 m2. The installation will also include for all ancillary and associated site works, and fit out of unit. Installation will be completed and the pre-fab operational by Friday 16th August 2013 for the beginning of the new school term. All tenders must be submitted using the electronic dropbox provided on the eTenders website by 2.00 pm on Friday 14th June 2013. An inspection of the site at Coláiste Lú by the Tenderers will take place on Thursday 30th May 2013, between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm only. This will be the only opportunity made available.
