Tender description

Construction of a 4 arm roundabout including, but not limited to, road pavement, kerbing, footways, concrete block paving, lining, signage, Cor-Ten steel sheeting and landscaping. The site is adjacent to an exposed section of the Loro Gate medieval town wall which is a National Monument. A Project Archaeologist has been appointed by Galway County Council to undertake archaeological monitoring and investigation. The full scope of the works is to be ascertained from the Contract Documents. The contract has been awarded to NRS Group, Ishlawn, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon.
