The Asset Safety and Compliance (ASC1) Framework was designed to offer a suite of asset safety and compliance support to help the public sector meet government guidelines and legal responsibilities relating to building life safety and maintenance. What was clear throughout our engagement process was a requirement for a comprehensive suite of asset safety and compliance disciplines in a single framework designed to offer an efficient, value for money procurement route for local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies to source specialist suppliers who can provide a full suite of asset safety and compliance support services. Asset Safety and Compliance (ASC1) has been developed following ongoing engagement and consultation with public sector organisations including housing associations, local authorities and healthcare facilities. Water System Maintenance, Remedials and Associated Services

Gas Heating Systems Inspection, Servicing & Remedial (Domestic)

LHC/SPA is looking for experienced organisations who can provide domestic gas inspection (LGSR), servicing, maintenance, and remedial services to assist partners with the management of domestic gas appliances within their properties. Full details of the scope can be found in the procurement documents provided however the scope of this lot will include: > Annual inspection of domestic gas burning and heating system appliances > Responsive maintenance works, both proactive and reactive > Installations of replacement systems, either in part or full Full details of the minimum requirements to be considered eligible to bid for this lot can be found in the procurement documents provided.

Fixed Wire Testing (EICR) and Remedials

In addition (where requested) clients may require remedial of faults identified during inspection.
