Start with what is already published. Stotles pulls notices from 100+ portals into one search, so secure communication, hosting and data transfer work can be filtered by stage, buyer and closing date without visiting each portal. Platform-wide, 2,148 notices are open right now.

Earlier is better. Buyer strategy papers and budget files often name a hosting or remote access replacement months before the notice appears.

Secure digital services, mostly. The filter runs on secure communication, secure hosting, secure cloud, secure remote access, secure file transfer, secure data transfer and secure collaboration, which together return 880 notices across every stage. In the most recent 50 of those, the recurring shapes were secure web gateways, data centre colocation, remote access tooling, and managed file transfer for councils and schools, plus defence and police work that specifies an accredited platform.

Two carry most of it: 48000000 (Software package and information systems) and 72000000 (IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support). Run alongside the keyword filter they return 148 and 174 notices. The page itself does not filter on codes, because codes narrow results rather than widen them and plenty of on-intent notices carry no code at all.

Because the search index treats secure and security as the same word. A notice about security infrastructure matches secure infrastructure, so manned guarding, CCTV upgrades and access control work sits alongside the IT results. The CPV codes on each notice are the fastest way to tell the two apart.

421 of the 880 notices here are awards, and another 84 are pre-tender notices, which is where the next round of work shows up first. Awarded value is left off on purpose: the aggregate reports framework ceilings rather than what was spent. Platform-wide, 2 award notices were published in the last week.
