Stotles aggregates notices from 100+ portals, so one search covers digitisation projects, digital preservation software and the postal frameworks that carry hybrid mail. Platform-wide, 2,132 notices are open right now. Search on the buyer's words rather than your own: "digital mailroom" returns 34 notices, "hybrid mail" returns 454 for the same work.

Councils, NHS trusts, pension and electoral registration bodies, universities, libraries and national heritage organisations. The pattern holds across the notices: an organisation sitting on a large back catalogue of paper, or sending high volumes of statutory post. Revenues, benefits and council tax teams drive most of the mail side. Planning, building control and archive services drive most of the scanning.

Three do most of the work here. 92512000 (Archive services) appears on 73 notices alongside this page's keyword filter, 79999100 (Scanning services) on 173, and 79571000 (Mailing services) on 96. That spread is the useful part: it is two categories sharing a page, not one. Codes are not applied as a filter, because AND-combining them with the keywords would drop more than a third of the notices this page finds.

631 of the 1,104 notices on record are awards, so there is a long trail of who has bought this before and who won it. Only 4 sit at open tender, with 91 more at pre-tender. That imbalance is the category: most of this work is placed as a direct award or a further competition under an existing framework, so the live list is nearly always short. Work the expiry dates on the awards instead.

Almost always. In a 50-notice sample of the newest matches, the outbound side came titled hybrid mail, digital post room or patient letters. Those contracts routinely bundle bulk print, postage and a resident or patient portal together, which is why printing and postal codes turn up on an archiving page. If you sell only the digital half, read the postal notices anyway: the requirement usually sits in the description rather than the title.
