SC is issuing this Invitation to Tender (ITT) to appoint a supplier to conduct an organisational review. The purpose of this review is to define the optimal structure that will enable SC to achieve its strategic objectives and support sustainable growth, thereby reducing its dependency on grant-in-aid funding. The primary focus will be to conduct a strategic workforce analysis and develop a robust workforce plan alongside evaluating and recommending the most effective organisational structure and target operating model. However, should additional workstreams be identified during the initial review, SC reserves the right to request the supplier to provide costings for these under the scope of this contract.
