Tender description

The Council wishes to appoint an installation contractor to deliver a domestic retrofit programme for the warm homes grant. The contract will include the provision of retrofit advice, assessment and installation of measures for low-income households. The Warm Homes Local Grant is retrofit funding for low-income owner occupied and private rent homes for use in Birmingham. The allocated funds have the potential to improve health and comfort and reduce fuel bills for hundreds of families.
