The Association is looking to procure design services covering Architectural services, Landscape Design, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering and Principal Designer services Lot 1: Architectural Services Architectural Design Services for general and particular needs housing.. The Award is based on a Call Off appointment from the Link Group Framework for Architectural Design Services Lot 2: Landscape Architecture Services Landscape Architecture Design Services for general and particular needs housing. The Award is based on a Call Off appointment from the Link Group Framework for Landscape Architecture Design Services Lot 4: Structural Engineering Services Structural Engineering Services for general and particular needs housing. The Award is based on a Call Off appointment from the Link Group Framework for Structural Engineering Services Lot 5: Principal Designer Services Principal Designer Services for general and particular needs housing. The Award is based on a Call Off appointment from the Link Group Framework for Principal Designer Services Lot 3: Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services for general and particular needs housing. CDHA Procurement Policy Requires that purchases over 5000GBP are selected from a certain minimum number of service providers. The Link Group Framework to which CDHA is a named party has fewer than this. An additional Supplier previously procured competitively by CDHA though PCS was benchmarked against the Link providers in order to meet the CDHA Policy requirements
