Tender description
Provision of a fully managed Employee Benefits Scheme Lot 1: Provision of a fully managed Employee Benefits Scheme. The new Staff Benefits Scheme will be based on a zero cost solution with the exception of Total Award Statement, which will not be "switched on" until a later date in this contract. At this time SCTS cannot predict the exact level of spend would equate to as this is a new proposed scheme and cost would be dependent on employee uptake
