Tender description

Clackmannanshire Council require an experienced consultant to design an active travel campaign to raise awareness of the benefits of walking, wheeling and cycling for short everyday journeys. The purpose of this is to support behaviour change, instil confidence and encourage individuals to continue to walk and cycle and use the segregated cycle network throughout the region.
