APPOINTMENT OF INTEGRATED SUPPLY TEAM (IST) - MID ULSTER SPORTS ARENA (MUSA) CARPARK WORKS

Tender description

Mid Ulster District Council are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced contractors to carry out the following works to the carpark at Mid Ulster Sports Arena, Cookstown : The works include, but are not limited to: • Extension of carpark and formation of layby for 3no bus parking bays. • Resurfacing of carpark with new thermoplastic lining. • Formation of new traffic islands and pedestrian crossings. • New surface storm drainage. • New ‘Dry Wall’ retaining wall. • New spectator fencing. • Extension of existing walking path. • Paved picnic area and formation of new concrete base for a coffee/food cart, and associated electrical connections • New planting and raised planter. • 2No. traffic control barriers including road loops, access controls and remote controls. • New signage • New and replacement LED external lighting and columns, The above categories are only a short description of the Works. The Tenderer shall provide the Works in accordance with the Works Information and Contract Drawings.
