Tender description

Fit-out works to the newly built Cloverhill Community Centre in Aberdeen. Internal fit out of partitions, finishes and services. The Building Services are to be Contractor designed. Lot 1: The project is to deliver the fit-out of the newly built Cloverhill Community Centre shell. The building will be fully handed over at the time of the works. These works include the following: - External alterations to screens/doors and associated thresholds/entrance platts. - Internal partitions and doors and all necessary firestopping requirements. - All internal finishes - Kitchen and associated fittings - WCs and Changing Places room and all necessary IPS/sanitaryware/fittings. - Design and build MEP services throughout (Contractor Design Portion). Pre-Construction Information will be issued via a Tender Addendum
