Excavate and remove the existing treatment plant in the schools tarmac play yard, replace with new upgraded wastewater treatment system with propriety tertiary treatment and pumping system, relocate percolation/infiltration area to sports field, provide rising main and reinstate all grassed area and affected tarmacked areas, replace affected concrete footpaths, decommission existing soak pits and reinstate. Undertake site investigation and provide Site Suitability Assessment in line with EPA guidelines
