Lot 1: The University Hospitals of Leicester (UHL) and University Hospitals of Northamptonshire (UHN) undertook a competitive procurement for the provision of an Ambient AI Voice Technology solution. <br/><br/>The procurement was conducted as a further competition under the Crown Commercial Service Automation Marketplace DPS (RM6173, Lot 1), with Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust acting as the lead contracting authority. <br/><br/>The procurement sought to implement and deploy an ambient AI solution to support clinical and non-clinical documentation across multiple hospital sites, with the aim of improving efficiency and clinical productivity. <br/><br/>The contract was awarded for a three-year term, with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
