Supporting GWRs Customer Satisfaction and Asset Management requirements and being a Good and Efficient Operator, delivering a schedule of services, including, but not limited to: Lease / Tenancy Renewals; New Lettings withing the Premises; Rent Reviews; Terminations and Dilapidations; Assignments and Transfers; Accounting for Payments and Advice on Rental Performance; Management of Company Tenancies (Company being Landlord); Audit Management; Tenants Works Management; Advertising; Business Rates; General Property and Tenancy Matters; Environment and Sustainability Utilities & Waste Recovery (Tenants Billing) Traveller Management (unauthorised access) Filming Management Network Rail Management at NRIL Managed Stations Additional Services in support of GWRs Asset Management Life-Cycle Delivery in land acquisitions / operation / maintaining and disposal requirements
