Tender description
Project Management and QS Services including Contract Administration to inform and assist our development and delivery of our Bannockburn Project. Lot 1: The majority of the Project Manager’s role will be to oversee, co-ordinate and report on the safe, timely, compliant and efficient operation of the construction project at the Battle of Bannockburn Visitor Centre. The QS will provide cost planning and commercial management services throughout the project, working closely with the PM to ensure robust financial control and value for money with clear cost reporting aligned to project objectives.
