Tender description

The property portfolios of GMCA are very complex in terms of the unique nature of the properties being operational fire and police stations and waste management facilities. The contract operates on a no win / no fee basis and the fee is calculated as a fixed percentage of actual savings realised. The new ratings list is published on 1st April 2026 and is for a 3-year term. Work on this contract will overlap the current one for the 2023 list and will continue until the appeals window has been closed or the claims have been exhausted.
