Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council require a contractor to liaise with the Department for Infrastructure (DFI) and implement Temporary traffic management systems which are compliant with all relevant regulations for tasks where P and A require lane closures or traffic management outside of certain time limits and speed zones to facilitate the completion of certain tasks.
