Works to be quoted:Front facing roof are above main entrance, right hand side (West Elevation) of town hall and joining triangle.Approx. 600m2• Erect independent scaffolding to the perimeter ofthe roof area.All works to comply with National Resources Wales licence for protected species.• Strip existing slates/Tiles/ridge tile, lead/ roofcovering and dispose of.• Strip existing battens and dispose of.• slate/ tiles to be fixed with copper or aluminiumnails, depending on what's agreed.• Supply and install new high quality breathablemembrane.• Supply 50mmx25mm treated timber (slatingbatten)• Supply and install new eaves trays• Supply and install new high-quality slate (t1).• Replace existing lead valleys with new• Renew lead to building abutments or verges• Supply and install new ridge mechanically fixed withnew dry ridge systems• Remove any debris from the site
