Training and Activity Logging Auto-update profiles for Coast Guard courses; log operational hours, allow certificate uploads. Payments Submit and approve payment lists within the system for transparency. Administration Create forms, workflows, and logbooks. Dynamic Reporting Real-time, customizable reports on attendance, training, qualifications, incidents, availability and payments. Probation Management Digital checklist, task logging, and approval workflows for probationary volunteers. Attendance Volunteers confirm or decline events/exercises, OICs create events or exercises, simplify incident hour logging. Equipment Management Defect reporting and resolution planned maintenance scheduling, full audit and reporting capabilities and work orders.
