Ravenscraig Enterprise Park - Phase 1

Tender description

The project involves the construction of two industrial units. One single occupancy and one multi-let property. The units comprise of steel portal frame, cladding, reinforced concrete floor, roller shutters, curtain walling and personnel doors. The external works include concerete serivce yards, car parking, footpaths, partial road construction, fencing and soft landscaping. A level of infrastrcuture works has already been carrired out but final drainage and utility connections are required. Lot 1: Fusion Assets is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Principal Contractor (the ‘Contractor’) with the express purpose of carrying out the construction of two new Industrial Units with assocaited external works at Ravenscraig, Motherwell. It is utilising a single stage competitive process in accordance with the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
