Tender description
You are invited to submit a tender for the following requirements; servicing and support for the GC1 line. Lot 1: Feeder/Blender Units Consists of 5 Loss in weight feeders, of various sizes. All 316L SS polished to <0.8µm product contact surfaces with multiple sets of feeder screws each. Lot 2: NIR Analyser Sentronic NIR analyser and probe with a singular measurement channel, measures wavelengths of 1100-2100nm at +/- 1nm using two 5W bulbs (for redundancy) and uses a windows 7 PC connected to standard monitor as an HMI. Lot 3: Korsch Press Korsch X3 tablet press compresses the blended material into tablets, capable of around 150,000 tablets/hr. Capable of taking fill cam of 6-22mm, feeder feeds material at 5-100rpm into the dies in which the tablets are then formed by the turret rotating at 5-120rpm Lot 4: Epsilon Containment Two 316L, <0.4Ra internal, stainless steel glove boxes/drum discharging stations rated to OEB 4 with HEPA filtered extraction to hold the booths at –150Pa during operation. Lot 5: Lifting Device The Blender Lifting Mechanism is designed to lift & position different Blenders from their Home/Starting position to their Operational position. Lot 6: Goods Lift 5.9m (3.6m travel distance) bespoke goods lift used to transport materials and equipment (not personnel) to the top of a stainless-steel platform, at 0.2m/s. Lift has a max working load of 250kg and is operated off a 240V, 20A, controlled by its own independent control panel with E-stop and has electrically interlocked doors.
