R/WP – 25/26 – Provision of Translation & Interpretation Services

Tender description

King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (supported by King’s Interventional Facilities Management, KFM) invites bids for a comprehensive Interpretation and Translation Service across all Trust sites, including King’s College Hospital (Denmark Hill), Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH), Orpington Hospital and associated community locations. The service will cover face‑to‑face, telephone and video interpreting, British Sign Language and other non‑spoken support, written translation, and appropriately governed AI‑assisted solutions, delivered via a secure, auditable, digitally enabled booking/reporting platform. The procurement will run under the Competitive Flexible Procedure (Procurement Act 2023). The contract term is 2 years + 1‑year option, with an estimated maximum value of £1,200,000 + VAT for the full term (including extensions).
